Oh là là! Ça fait
longtemps que je n’écris pas, désolée pour ça! J’ai été super pressée, et puis
j’ai tout simplement oublié et, comme « temps libre » pour moi signifie
le plus souvent du temps sans internet, quand j’ai finalement ou un petit répit j’ai
pas voulu passer ma journée libre à la maison. Au lieu de ça, j’ai fait plein
de trucs intéressants ! Trois amies m’ont rendu visite en un peu plus d’un
mois, j’ai écrit pas mal de dissertations, d'exposés et d'autres trucs pareils, pas
toujours hyper sympa comme passe-temps mais voilà, il faut aussi étudier un peu
de temps en temps ;) J’essaie de faire une petite synthèse des deux
derniers mois, il y aura peut-être plusieurs posts :)
P.S. Le compte à
rebours est commencé ! Il ne me reste que six semaines à Paris !!
:( Comment ça c’est possible ? Franchement, je ne comprends pas, le temps s’est
si vite écoulé…J'ai une longue liste de choses que je dois faire et voir et je ne sais pas comment j'arriverai à tout faire.
Oh là là! It's been ages! So sorry for that, too many things happened it too short a time so here we are, almost two months have passed. I'm really trying to be a bit better these last six (!!!) weeks. Yeah, only six more weeks left, HOW DID THAT HAPPEN!!?!? Craaaazy. So, here's a little recap of the last two months, there'll probably be a few posts. Bear with me :D In a nutshell, I had a huge pile of work to do at the same time as two dear lovely friends came to visit me (so obviously I got zero work done). And then when I had a little break I would try to not sit in front of the computer, that nasty thing that had absorbed so much of my time... So I would leave the house and go for walks, my new favourite pastime here in Paris :)
P.S. Like I said, only six more weeks to go.... And so many things to do! I cannot believe how fast time has flown by.
Avant de
commencer, il faut que je partage mes sentiments concernant la réélection
d'Obama. Oui, comme vous le devinez peut-être (j'espère en tout cas!) je suis
plutôt sympathisante des démocrates donc le fait que Barack a été réélu m'a
rendu très heureuse :) J'ai fait une nuit blanche dans une soirée organisée par
les Young Democrats Abroad. Quand je suis finalement rentrée, vers sept heures
du matin, je suis passé pas une boulangerie pour acheter une religieuse (c’est
un gâteau incroyable). Il fallait bien fêter sa victoire!
Before the update, I must share my feelings on the re-election of Obama. As you probably know (I do hope so!) my support, as a world citizen and European, goes to the Democrats, so Barack's victory sure made me happy. And tired, as I stayed up all night, more than 24 hours to be exact (guess that's a recrord, yaay) and ended up having the richest, fattiest, most amazingFrench gâteau for breakfast. Let us not go into detail, I think that was also the record of my calory intake that early in the morning. But long story short, well done Obama!

Il y avait des messages des gens qui venaient des quatre coins du monde! / There's a wall like this at Shakespeare and Co where you can leave messages or write whatever. There are mainly messages left by tourists from all over the world. Quite simply magical, like the shop itself! |
